Nicole was very excellent and pleasant.. very positive attitude and I enjoyed my dinner right before I fly out tomorrow morning. The New York strip steak was more tender than I expected and not to mention the crab cakes had so much crab in them and less mayonnaise and any other crab cake I've had. Bravo. Keep up the good work. I recently visited Tavolo 72 in Cleveland at the Crowne Plaza. While the food was okay, the service was truly exceptional. Our server, Diane, was incredibly courteous and provided the best service. She was also the only person on her shift today and did her best to make everyone feel comfortable. A special thank you to Diane for her outstanding efforts to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
Probably the only positive aspect of one of the worst hotels I have personally stayed at. The food isn't anything to brag about, however it is also not bad.
